Zoll AED CPR-D Padz Defibrillator Pads - Adult (1)

This one-piece adult electrode carries a CPR sensor inside the pad, so a Zoll AED Plus or AED Pro reads the rate and depth of chest compressions and prompts the rescuer as they work. It goes on as a single pre-connected piece placed at the centre of the chest, not as two separate pads.

The CPR-D Padz (Zoll reference 8900-0800-01) is the adult electrode for the Zoll AED Plus and the Zoll AED Pro. It is a single-use consumable: once a pad is opened or used, it is replaced. Usage

Store the sealed electrode with the AED so it is on hand. In an emergency, follow the AED's own voice prompts and your CPR and AED training: turn the unit on, expose the chest, and place the electrode where the AED directs. The built-in sensor lets the AED prompt compression rate and depth while you work. Replace the electrode after it has been used, once the seal is opened, or after the use-by date.

Care and storage

Keep the electrode sealed in its packaging until it is needed, stored within the temperature range Zoll states on the pack. Check the use-by date at each AED inspection and replace it before it lapses so the unit stays ready.
