Usage

Measure the circumference of the thigh where you want to cover it and match it to the size first, since a form bandage only works when the size fits the limb. Pull the tube up over the leg so it sits smooth with no rucks. For a firmer hold, cut a longer piece and fold it back over itself for a double layer. Take it off if it feels tight, pins the skin, or leaves deep marks.
