A finger or a toe is the hardest place to hold a dressing. Flat tape wraps too thick, sticks to itself and comes loose the moment the digit bends. A tubular form bandage slides straight over instead, with nothing sticking to the skin.

Size A fits a limb circumference of roughly 7 to 11cm, which is the finger, toe and small-digit size in the range. The elasticated knit gives light, even support and holds a dressing in place where tape will not sit. It comes as a 10m length in one box, so you cut what you need and keep the rest for next time. The bandage runs in a lettered range, and sizes B through G cover wider limbs, so you step to another letter rather than force one that does not fit.

Usage

Cut a length a little longer than the area you want to cover, then slide it on over the finger or toe. Single-layer it holds a dressing in place; a double layer over the same spot gives a firmer hold. It comes off by sliding rather than peeling, so there is no adhesive pulling on the skin.

Care and storage

Hand wash and air dry. Store somewhere clean and dry between uses.

What does size A fit? Size A suits fingers, toes and other small digits, a limb circumference of about 7 to 11cm. If you are between sizes, measure the digit and check the sizing guide before you order.

Does it use adhesive? No. It slides on and holds by its own light stretch, so there is no adhesive to peel or pull at the skin.

Is it the right size for a hand or wrist? No, step up the range. Size B suits a wrist or small forearm and size C covers most hands, arms and feet.
