Usage

Follow the directions on the pack. Take the patch out of its wrapper, peel the backing and press it onto clean, dry skin over the tight or aching muscle. The patch warms once it is exposed to air, so keep the wrapper sealed until you are ready.

Stick to the wear-time limit on the pack and take the patch off if the skin starts to feel too hot. Do not use it on broken skin, and do not wear it while you sleep. Check with a pharmacist before using one if you have reduced skin sensation, diabetes or circulation problems, or if you are not sure whether a heat patch suits you.

Care and storage
