Elastic Adhesive Bandage

On a rugby field or a netball court, elastic adhesive bandage is the tape a trainer reaches for when a thumb or wrist needs strapping that moves with the joint rather than locking it stiff. EAB is a cotton-backed elastic tape with a rubber-based adhesive that sticks to skin. It sits between rigid strapping tape and kinesiology tape: it stretches under load and recovers, and holds through a full game.

The range runs 25mm for thumb work and 50mm and 75mm for wrist, finger, and larger applications, in white and beige. Reach for EAB where a rigid strap would be too stiff and a lighter kinesiology tape too soft, or use it as an outer layer over a rigid anchor to lock the job in place.
